FAR/BAR As-Is Contract refers to the As-Is version of the FAR/BAR set of residential real estate contracts. The as-is version allows cancellation if the property is not satisfactory to the buyer after inspection. The contract has full details on cancellation requirements. FAR/BAR As-Is contract is now know as FR/BAR As-Is contract.
