Electronic Signatures -  Terminating an Incomplete Session and Credit Policy

A signing session may be terminated by the Forms Online user who initiated the session, unless the signing session was already completed.

Time Limit: Credit for Termination by End of Month or Two Days from Session Creation (whichever is longer):

• How to obtain credit: If you use the eSign History button in the main application window to terminate an incomplete session by the end of the month in which the session was initially authorized/created, or within 2 days of authorization, whichever is longer, the session will not count against your available number of signing sessions.

• If you terminate a session after that time, you will not receive credit for the session.
