FAR/BAR As-Is Form refers to the As-Is version of the FAR/BAR set of residential real estate forms. FAR/BAR As-Is Form could refer to the FAR/BAR As-Is Contract or any of the FAR/BAR riders that are published along with the contract. FAR/BAR is now know as FR/BAR.
